this was on a truck here today. I have no idea as to the side view meaning, but the rear view sort of looks like the crown used by the latin kings.





any ideas or thoughts??

The owner of the truck owes the Latin kings some kind of fees? Protection or drug money? And this is a friendlyish warning before they start destroying people/property?

I'll admit I'm new to this and have never really ever heard of this hang, but it seems like a logical guess to me.

it was parked and I didnt have the time to stop. if I see it again I may try asking the driver about it.
