  • Why do I have to have a minimum number of letters for the title topic?
Why do sites always have to pop-up in a new window? Why can't they pop up in a new tab? Personally, I like keeping my windows for different programs.
Isn't there a way to consolidate sites? For example, could one get a daily digest from each site in their email? Could one get rss feeds of topics? I know superman is a busy guy, I'm sure it would be helpful if he could cut down time spend checking forums, and emails. For example, they have new data platforms coming out.
Could one use bugzilla to track problems with websites? It would be less html coding, therefore save time.

You have a minimum number of letters in a title so someone reading it can make sense of it. Sites I make pop up in new windows because I design them to work that way. Tabs suck. Particularly on small screens like PDA’s and cell phones. There is a way to consolidate sites. It’s called a personal links page that you make containing all the sites you want to look at. I could consolidate all of our sites into1 big site but it would make it way easier to take them all out. That’s one of the reasons I advocate stand alone sites, with URL forwarder maskers, spread out over several areas. It makes it next to impossible to take out a site I have made. Trust me, taking out 1 or more of the sites I have made has been tried. So far no one has been able to get the job done. So I’m not about to alter a procedure that works so well for me. RSS feeds can be tapped into, screwed with, and otherwise altered so I prefer to get my information direct from the source. I also do not care for some RSS feed to be getting in my business. Why invite a possible spy into the fold. Sure I am a busy guy but mostly because I choose to be. Better to wear out than to rust out. As far as keeping track of my sites goes I have ways of doing it. One of the ways is the Control Panel with remote links you already know about Professor as it was featured on the super computer club site. Another way is sticking to basic HTML coding. The simpler something is the less that can go wrong with it. I have other ways too but some things I choose to keep to myself and not post about on an open board. Remember bad guys have computers too and they can be a very talented group, not above screwing with stuff, just because they have the skills to do so.
